Please review the eligibility criteria and make sure you meet them before submitting your application.
During the sign-up process, you are asked to provide information about how you meet the eligibility criteria. Accreditation is open to independent European producers or distributors, i.e. those established in Europe and offering European content (see below for the definition of European content). During the sign-up process you are asked for an affirmation that you meet this and the other criteria. Once you have signed up, we submit your application to Creative Europe MEDIA to check that you meet the criteria, that there is a fair balance between represented countries and that there is still space left.
We particularly welcome applications from low audiovisual capacity countries and those who have received MEDIA support in the recent past.
To be considered to have European content, any work of fiction [including an animated film], documentary or video game, be it a completed production, a project or a format, must comply with the following conditions:

Registration for the Creative Europe MEDIA stand at Gamescom is subject to a selection procedure. Applications will be assessed based on eligibility criteria and priorities defined by Creative Europe MEDIA.
The application deadline is extended to 26 June 2026, and applicants will be notified of the outcome following the evaluation process.
Company details and registered delegates’ information will be displayed in our online who’s who and publicly available on this website.
Your logo will be used for promotion and for the who’s who. Please share your logo in png format.
By submitting your photograph, you agree to let us use it for the promotion and display of your company/activity on the media-umbrella-stands.eu website and Creative Europe MEDIA stands welcome display. Your photographs will only be used for non-commercial purposes and media-stands.eu will never give or sell this to a third-party. Your photograph also helps our staff find you on the stand and bring your guests to you. Format: JPEG or PNG, max. 3mb.
Please make sure that your company has been accepted before submitting your title(s).
We accept up to three (3) titles per company. These titles will be promoted on our website during Gamescom and on an interactive screen at the reception of our stand.

The European Pavilion offers the following services and facilities to European independents who have registered via media-stands.eu.
Welcome desk
- where after “checking-in”, you receive your MEDIA lanyard identifying you as a participant with access to all services and facilities (please always wear it);
- where we post special announcements;
- where you can consult a ‘who’s who’ console with information on all the stand participants.
Meeting area
- Tables for small meetings are at your disposal. Tables must be vacated after a reasonable period and cannot be booked;
- Demo booths for meetings;
- A4 displays along the walls for your leaflets and brochures;
- Power plugs.
Private Free Coffee Bar
- With cold and hot drinks;
- Daily happy hour from 5.30 to the closing of the stand with wine, beer, and snacks;
- Bring your own (MEDIA) bottle for water fountains, since paper cups will not be available anymore.
*It is not allowed to bring food into the stand other than the one from our private bar. *
Storage room
For your materials. Please do not leave valuables in this area at stand closing time.
