- Friday 26 June, 9.00 am-5.00 pm. Please clear all your materials from the stand by that time.

The Creative Europe MEDIA stand offers the following services and facilities to European independents who have registered via media-stands.eu.

WELCOME DESK

– Where you will receive your MEDIA lanyard identifying you as a participant with access to all services and facilities (please always wear it).
– Where we post special announcements.
– Where you can consult the “who’s who” console with information on all the participants as well as the online catalogue.

MEETING AREA & TERRACE

– Tables at your disposal where you can hold your meetings; tables must be vacated after a reasonable period and cannot be booked.
– A4 displays along the walls for your leaflets and brochures.
– Power plugs.

PRIVATE FREE COFFEE BAR

– With free hot and soft drinks.
– Daily Happy Hour from 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm with wine, beer, and snacks.

*Do not forget to use your own (MEDIA) bottle for water fountains, since paper cups will not be available anymore at the stand. There are various water points at the different Annecy venues where you can refill your bottle as well.

**It is not allowed to bring food into the stand other than the one from our private bar.

STORAGE ROOM

– For your materials. We cannot accept any liability for damage or theft, so please always keep your valuables with you!
– The storage room will be locked every day at 7.00 pm (5.00 pm on Friday 26).

REGISTRATION

STEP 01

Pick up your badge at the Mifa Welcome Area (Park of the Imperial Palace).

STEP 02
Come to the reception desk of the European Stand [no. F.03] on the ground floor in the Exhibition Area of the Impérial Palace Hotel [see map above]. Introduce yourself to the hostesses; you will receive a lanyard for your badge. This identifies you as a participant of the Creative Europe MEDIA umbrella stand with access to the services and facilities of the Pavilion (please wear it).

!! It is very important that you come to our reception desk and introduce yourself to our hostesses (check-in), this way we will know that you attended the event, otherwise you will be noted as “NO SHOW”!!

MIFA Welcome Area Opening hours:

- Sunday 21 June: 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm

- Monday 22 June to Thursday 23 June: 8.30 am to 7.00 pm

- Friday 26 June: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm

Your MIFA badge gives you unlimited access to the Festival and MIFA events, and to the MIFA areas.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

For security reasons you are not allowed to enter the Festival and the Mifa sites with your luggage or large items (suitcase, travel bag). Mifa provides a luggage locker service at the Festival and the Mifa where you can leave your luggage or large items; it is in the Mifa car park, next to the Salle de la Volière, allée de l'Impérial. Easy to access using the free shuttles and bus lines 5 and 26 – Impérial bus stop.

Sunday 21 and Saturday 27 June, from 8.00 am to 10.30 pm.
Monday 22 to Friday 26 June, from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.

Prices are as follows:
8 EUR per luggage, full day.
5 EUR per luggage, half day.

Access to Screenings:

You can request up to three daily reservations to screenings via the online system with a Mifa badge and 2 with a Festival badge.
Once you are accredited, activate and update your Annecy Network space to access the ticketing service. You will receive an e-mail with the date when the online ticketing service opens. Be ready to reserve your seats online as soon as it opens.

WIFI:

The WiFi network is available throughout the Festival week in the Forum Bonlieu, at the Mifa, Le Campus Mifa, the Salle Pierre Lamy and the Cité internationale du cinéma d'animation.

To use it connect to the "Annecy Festival" WiFi network and fill out the information form.

Event Translations:

Some events provide simultaneous translation. To take advantage of this service bring your personal earphones or headsets. No equipment will be provided.

- Scan the QR codes available at the entrance to the screening rooms.

- Click on "TRADUCTION/ TRANSLATION".

You will then be able to take advantage of the translation system.

Please note: only some screenings have simultaneous translation. Please ask at the screening room entrances or check the online programme.
